1. Does the adapter have to fit in a specific direction? Yes, the adapter must fit in a specific direction. It has a one-way valve that only tightens in one direction. It is easy to use even without a marked In/Out.

2. Why doesn't the piezo igniter work after use? There are a few possible reasons: First, the pulse igniter does not have a battery. Second, the inductive electrode may be at an improper distance or contaminated. Third, high pressure can cause a blockage in the gas orifice pipe. Rest assured, we will provide a satisfactory solution.

3. Why should the gas canister be used vertically in a right way? Camp stoves use gas for burning, not liquid. If the canister is placed horizontally, the liquefied gas will not have enough space to turn into gas, resulting in incomplete combustion and orange flames. It's important to use the gas canister in the correct vertical position.
